Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not right, we’re here to help. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return eligible items for exchange or store credit only; more information below. Please know that we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Contact us at info@mimakidsboutique.com with evidence of purchase, order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, please send the item back to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item; shipping fees are not refundable. 

Please note that if the item is sent back to us without contacting us first, the return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, we only accept exchanges for a different size of the same item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. In the event that you receive the wrong item, we will promptly send you the correct one along with a prepaid return bag so you can easily send the incorrect item back to us. 

MiMa Kids Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, any delivery issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier. 

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that were worn, gift cards, accessories, seasonal items, swimsuits, hair-bows, belts, items with discount codes, final sales or "on sale" items.
