Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: 10–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply. MiMa Kids Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, any delivery issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
